SPL Tutor - Sailplane Pilot License Theory Exam App
Thank you for using SPL Tutor ("we", "us", or "our"). This Privacy Policy describes our practices for the SPL Tutor mobile application (the "App"). Your privacy is important to us, and we have designed SPL Tutor with that in mind.
SPL Tutor does not collect, transmit, store, or share any information about you or your use of the App. Specifically:
All data generated by the App (such as quiz progress and scores) is stored exclusively on your device and is never transmitted to us or any third party.
As an app distributed through the Apple App Store, Apple may independently collect certain information in accordance with their own privacy policy and your device settings — for example, App Store purchase records or aggregated crash reports. We have no access to this data and it is governed entirely by Apple's Privacy Policy.
If you make an in-app purchase (such as additional Help Shields), the transaction is processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your payment details. Please refer to Apple's Privacy Policy for how purchase data is handled.
SPL Tutor does not collect any information from anyone, including children. The App is suitable for all ages and complies with applicable children's privacy laws.
The App or our website may contain links to third-party websites or services (such as the Apple App Store). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties and encourage you to review their privacy policies.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
